Aqua (Scotland) Ltd supplies a wide selection of ion exchange resins for various applications, industries and water treatment processes. Ion exchange process water through very small beads of resin materials. The ions in the water are exchanged for other ions fixed to the beads. Ion exchange is the processes of purification, separation, and decontamination of aqueous and other ion containing solutions with solid polymeric or mineralic 'ion exchangers'. The three most common ion-exchange methods used for water treatment are softening, deionisation and demineralisation.

Vessel Collection, Renewal and Return Delivery

We have the facility to renew (not regenerate) spent vessels and refresh the media content. We can arrange collection of the vessel from facility and return in a timescale that suits organisation's production demands. No need to wait or plan for the next weekly collection. All our vessels are filled with virgin media, which will exceed current use periods, typical improvements of a polishing vessel have gone from 4-6weeks to be in excess of lON weeks installed and in use.

Media Cylinders

Our Service Team assembles, fills and tests new media cylinders at our facility in Livingston to suit size and flow specification, our prices are considerably cheaper than the UK's main suppliers and can be build at short notice usually from stock. We can supply short-term rental cylinders in the event of major plant failure to keep Organisation's process up and running. In addition we can supply all the media requirements for the pole window cleaning systems and have modified systems for cleaning companies to remove the requirement to buy expensive disposable cartridges.
